Add tail skids & new wheels on the T-IFO

I made a few small changes -

1. Added music wire extension to tail skid (where I fly the CF rod would take a beating) (See above pictures)

2. Added Dubro wheels for the same reason as the tail skid. (See picture) I did note that in the instructions, a four foot long piesce of Kevlar thread was specified for the landing gear support. At 48" there is almost no thread left for adjustments. I suggest at least 54" of thread or to make it easier for some builders 5' of thread."
